As founders of Aligned Leaders, our purpose is to connect people to the possibilities that lie beyond our usual way of thinking, and offer a playground for individuals and groups to experience and integrate their expanded potential.

From over two decades and four continents of experience in the finance sector (UBS & JP Morgan), branding industry (Wolff Olins), and entrepreneurial world, managing partners Andrea Carel and Mar Michelle Häusler have witnessed repeatedly that the success and failures of companies and teams most often come down to the spirit of the leaders.

After many years of work with extraordinary teachers and hundreds of clients in the field of Conscious Leadership and Money Mentorship, the unique Aligned Leadership methodology evolved, and is now a tried and tested process elevating the inspiring leaders and team players we all have within us.
